The opportunity

13books Annual General Meeting (AGM) team required design support to bring to life the content via google slides. Working with the Happily Creative Lead and her team of designers, I collaborated with the team to incorporate the event creative direction mood-boards and 13books brand identity to translate rich data charts and thematic content.

Approach

Due to the quick turn around nature of the brief, I worked quickly with the global design team to identify creative patterns and opportunities to speed up design templates, reflecting the 13books brand identity and the event creative direction. As a creative team we worked efficiently to refine and bring clarity to the array of content for the event, coordinating with producers, event managers and directors to bring clarity to the needs of the variety of complexity of content to meet the event deadline.

Solution

Emphasizing the use of the brand typography, colour palette, shapes, icons and treatments to create bold and accessible design for the presenter and hybrid audience. A mixture of consistent patterns juxtaposed with a diversity of layouts to create a consistent yet exciting piece that displayed the content with delight while staying on brand.
